Parents:
The health heroes with HNH Immunizations will be at Brock's Gap on Tuesday October 17, 2017 to give flu shots to all students. This is for students with any health insurance or without health insurance. There is NO out of pocket cost. A permission form will be sent home October 2nd with all students. If you would like your child to receive the flu shot please complete the permission form and return by October 13, 2017.
